If you’re like me, you are obsessed with skincare products. OB-SESSED. Ever since I was around 26-years-old when I learned how vital wearing sunscreen was, I began reading and learning more about various products that could help maintain the good skin I had inherited from my mother. My morning and nightly routines expanded to add serums, eye cream, a special day and night moisturizer, wrinkle cream (even before I saw any lines), and my bathroom counter became more and more filled up.

Now that I’m in my forties, I dare say my skincare routine has intensified. That’s why when I heard about Typology, I was intrigued.

Typology was born from a mission: to demystify the science of skincare. They eliminate all extra and unnecessary elements, advocating a “back to basics” approach. As a result, their products are safe and natural — and designed, as they would describe, “with a conscience.”

“I wanted to create a radical new skincare brand,” said Ning Li, Typology Founder. “For too long, the world of skincare had been defined by exaggerated promises and suspect chemicals. So after gathering a team of health and skincare experts, we set out together to challenge the industry. That meant going back to basics.”
